Chicken Pizza Recipe





Ingredients:
  • 1 (10 ounce) can refrigerated pizza crust
  • 2 chicken breasts, boneless & skinless
  • 1 cup chopped tomatoes
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cup Ranch-style salad dressing
  • 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
Directions:
  • Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.
  • Lightly grease a medium size pizza pan.
  • Set aside.
  • In a large skillet, cook chicken on medium high heat for 10-12 minutes or until chicken is tender and all juices runs clear.
  • Take it out in a shallow dish then chop into small pieces.
  • Unroll dough evenly then press into the prepared pizza pan.
  • Bake pizza crust in the preheated oven for 7-8 minutes or until it turn to golden brown.
  • Remove from the oven.
  • Spread ranch dressing over the baked crust.
  • Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese on it.
  • Place chopped tomatoes, chopped green onion, and cooked chicken on top of it.
  • Top with shredded cheddar cheese.
  • Return to the oven for 20-25 minutes or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
  • Remove from the oven and cut into wedges.
  • Gourmet Chicken Pizza is ready to serve.
