Dijon Chicken Kabobs Recipe


Ingredients:
  • 1-1/4 pounds boneless, skinless chicken breast halves
  • 2 cups soft bread crumbs
  • 1/2 cup Dijon mustard
  • 1/4 cup minced fresh parsley
  • 1 tbsp chopped green onion
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • salt to taste

Dijon Chicken Kabob’s Method:

  • Preheat oven to 450 degree F.
  • Line a baking tray with foil.
  • Coat the foil with nonstick cooking spray.
  • Cut chicken into 1 inch cubes.
  • Sprinkle salt and pepper over it.
  • Toss well.
  • Place Dijon mustard and green onion in a bowl.
  • Place combine bread crumbs and parsley in another shallow bowl.
  • Now toss chicken in mustard mixture then coat with crumbs.
  • Thread chicken onto soaked wooden skewers.
  • Place skewers on the prepared baking tray.
  • Bake, uncovered, for 10 minutes or until chicken is tender and all juices run clear.
  • Dijon Chicken kabobs are ready now.

  • Serve hot.
