Chicken Pesto Wraps Recipe






Chicken Pesto Wraps Ingredients:



  • 250 gm chicken mince
  • 8 tomatoes, cut into half
  • 4 red onion, cut into rings
  • 1 tbsp canola oil
  • 1 cup lettuce, shredded
  • 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1/4 cup sun-dried tomato pesto
  • 4 flour tortillas (8 inches), warmed

How to make Chicken Pesto Wraps:

  • Cook chicken in a skillet over medium heat for 5-6 minutes or until all juices run clear.
  • Season with salt and pepper.
  • Then drain.
  • Spread tomato pesto over each tortilla.
  • Spoon chicken down the center.
  • Top with cheese, tomatoes, onion rings and lettuce.
  • Roll up tightly and secure with wooden pick.
  • Chicken Pesto Wraps are ready now.

  • Serve immediately.
