Curry Grilled Chicken Recipe









Ingredients:
  • 4 skinless boneless chicken breast halves
  • 1/2 cup vinegar
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/3 cup tomato ketchup
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 tsp mustard powder
  • 1/2 tsp paprika powder
  • 1/2 tsp curry powder
  • 1/2 tsp garlic salt
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/8 tsp black pepper
Directions:
  • Place all ingredients except chicken in a blender or a food processor.
  • Process until smooth and well blended.
  • Pour this mixture into a large resealable plastic bag.
  • Put chicken breast halves into the bag.
  • Seal bag and turn to coat evenly.
  • Refrigerate for 2 hours then drain and discard marinade.
  • Preheat grill over medium heat.
  • Grill chicken for 5-6 minutes on each side or until a chicken is tender.
  • Busting Occasionally.
  • Curry Grilled Chicken is ready now.

  • Serve with BBQ Dipping Sauce.
