Ginger Sesame Chicken Recipe







Ginger Sesame Chicken Ingredients:
  • 1-1/2 pounds boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup chopped green pepper
  • 3/4 cup chicken broth
  • 1/2 cup chopped green onion
  • 2 tbsp olive oil, divided
  • 2 tbsp sesame seeds
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp cornstarch
  • 1 tsp ground ginger
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • Hot cooked rice

How to make Ginger Sesame Chicken:

  • In a small bowl, mix together chicken broth, cornstarch, sesame seeds, maple syrup, soy sauce, ginger and pepper.
  • Set aside.
  • Heat 1 tablespoon oil In a large skillet or wok.
  • Stir-fry chicken for 5 minutes or until no longer pink.
  • Remove from the pan and keep warm.
  • Stir fry green onion and green pepper for 2 minutes.
  • Stir in cornstarch mixture.
  • Bring to a boil.
  • Cook on high flame for 1-2 minute or until sauce is thickened.
  • Add chicken and stir until heat through.
  • Ginger Sesame Chicken is ready now.

  • Serve with rice.
