Low-Cal Chicken Recipe







Ingredients:
  • 6 chicken breast halves, skinless & boneless
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp minced onion
  • 2 tbsp minced garlic
  • 1 1/2 tsp poultry seasoning
  • 2 tsp artificial sweetener
Directions:
  • Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.
  • Place chicken breasts in a 9×13-in. baking dish.
  • In a small bowl, combine together onion, garlic, seasoning, soy sauce and sweetener.
  • Pour this mixture over the chicken.
  • Turn to coat evenly.
  • Cover the baking dish with a foil.
  • Bake for 50-60 minutes or until chicken is tender.
  • Low-Cal Chicken is ready to serve.

  • Enjoy with Rice.
