Tandoori Grilled Chicken Recipe






Tandoori Grilled Chicken Ingredients:

  • 2 pounds boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 cups plain yogurt
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp garam masala
  • 1 tbsp red chili pepper
  • salt to taste
  • lemon wedges

How to make Tandoori Grilled Chicken:

  • Place yogurt in a large bowl.
  • Stir in garam masala, salt and pepper.
  • Mix well.
  • Reserve 1/2 cup for basting.
  • Place chicken into the bowl.
  • Toss to coat.
  • Cover and marinate in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
  • Preheat a grill for medium heat.
  • Brush oil over grill grate.
  • Place chicken breasts on the grill.
  • Cook chicken for 6-8 minutes on each side, basting with reserved yogurt marinade frequently.
  • Transfer into a serving dish.
  • Garnish with lemon wedges.
  • Tandoori Grilled Chicken is ready now.

  • Serve with naan and mint chutney.
