Aloo ka Paratha







For Paratha Filling:
  • 1 cup boiled potatoes, mashed
  • 2 green chilies, chopped
  • 1 tbsp fresh coriander leaves, chopped
  • 1/2 tsp cumin seeds, roasted & crushed
  • 1/2 tsp red pepper, crushed
  • 1/4 tsp salt

 

 Aloo Ka Paratha:

Method:
  • Put mashed potatoes in a mixing bowl.
  • Add green chilies, cumin seeds and coriander leaves.
  • Season with salt and red pepper.
  • Mix well.
  • Stuff paratha with the prepared filling mixture.
  • Shallow fry paratha on each side for 2 minutes or until golden brown.
  • Aloo Ka Paratha is ready now.

  • Serve hot with Mint Chutney.
