Chicken Boti – Shireen Anwar Recipe
Chicken Boti Ingredients:
- 1 kg chicken, cut into 16 pieces 
 
- 1 cup yogurt 
 
- 1/2 cup oil 
 
- 2 tbsp desiccated coconut 
 
- 1 tbsp poppy seeds 
 
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds 
 
- 1 tbsp white cumin 
 
- 1 tbsp fennel seeds 
 
- 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste 
 
- 1-1/2 tsp red chili powder 
 
- 1/2 tsp all spice 
 
- 1 tsp salt 
 
Shireen Anwar Recipe of Chicken Boti:
Method:
- Place chicken, yogurt, ginger garlic paste, red chili powder, and salt in a 
skillet 
 
- Cook on low flame for 15 minutes. 
 
- Grind together poppy seeds, sesame seeds, coconut, cumin seeds and fennel 
seeds. 
 
- Add to the chicken. 
 
- Stir well. 
 
- Now add oil and cook until chicken is tender and oil comes on top. 
 
- Give dum of coal. 
 
- Garnish with onion rings, green chilies and mint. 
 
- 
Chicken Boti is ready now.
