Fish Nuggets Recipe





Ingredients:
  • 2 pounds cod fish fillets
  • 2 eggs, lightly beaten
  • 1 cups graham crackers, finely crushed
  • 3/4 cup saltines, finely crushed
  • 4 tbsp milk
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • salt according to taste
  • Oil for deep frying
Directions:
  • Cut fish fillets into 1-inch. pieces ( nuggets).
  • Drizzle with lemon juice.
  • In a shallow bowl, combine together cracker crumbs, Dijon mustard, pepper and salt.
  • In a separate bowl, beat eggs with milk.
  • Dip fish nuggets into egg mixture then roll them in crumb mixture.
  • Turn to coat evenly.
  • Heat oil in a deep pan or skillet.
  • Fry nuggets, a few at a time, for 3 minutes or until golden brown.
  • Remove from the oil and drain on paper towel.
  • Fish Nuggets are ready now.

  • Serve with Tartar Sauce.
