Lemon Herb Chicken Salad Recipe





Ingredients:
For Lemon Chicken Salad:
  • 4 cups cubed, cooked chicken
  • 2 sliced snow peas, sliced
  • 1 cup red onion, finely diced
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1 cup blanched slivered almonds, toasted
For Salad Dressing:
  • 1 cup creamy salad dressing
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp dried basil
  • 1 tsp dried parsley
  • 1/2 tsp lemon pepper
Directions:

To Make Salad Dressing:
  • Place all dressing ingredients in a bowl.
  • Mix until well combined.
To Make Lemon Chicken salad:
  • Place chicken, peas, red onion, shredded lettuce and almonds in a large bowl.
  • Pour salad dressing over it.
  • Toss well.
  • Cover and refrigerate for 2 hours or until chill.
  • Lemon Herb Chicken Salad is ready to serve.
