Nacho Chicken Recipe





Nacho Chicken Ingredients:
  • 2 (10.75 ounce) cans condensed cream of chicken soup, undiluted
  • 1 (10 ounce) can diced tomatoes and green chilies, undrained
  • 1 (14.5 ounce) package nacho-flavor tortilla chips
  • 1 pound processed American cheese, cubed
  • 4 cups cooked chicken, cubed
  • 1 cup chopped onion
  • 1/2 tsp garlic salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

How to make Nacho Chicken:

  • Preheat oven to 350 degree F.
  • Place chicken and American cheese in a large bowl.
  • Add chicken soup,onion, tomatoes and green chilies.
  • Mix well.
  • Season with salt and pepper.
  • Crush tortilla chips and set aside 1 cup for topping.
  • Put remaining chips to the chicken mixture.
  • Spoon into a greased 13-in. x 9-in. x 2-in. baking dish.
  • Top with reserved chips.
  • Bake, uncovered, for 30 minutes or until cheese is melted and edges are bubbly.
  • Nacho Chicken is ready now.

  • Serve warm.
