Roasted Italian Herb Chicken Recipe









Ingredients:
  • 4 boneless & skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 cups salad dressing, Italian-style
  • 1 cup dried bread crumbs, Italian seasoning
Directions:
  • Place chicken breast in a large bowl.
  • Pour Italian style salad dressing over the chicken.
  • Mix well.
  • Cover and marinate for 1 hour.
  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  • Roll each chicken breast in bread crumbs.
  • Transfer coated chicken breasts in a 9×13 inch baking dish.
  • Cover with aluminum foil.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes or until all juices run clear and chicken is cooked through.
  • Roasted Italian Herb Chicken is ready to serve.
