Simple Chicken Soup Recipe








Ingredients:
  • 2 cups cooked chicken breast, cubed
  • 1 package (16 ounces) frozen mixed vegetables
  • 2 cans (14-1/2 ounces each) chicken broth, reduced-sodium
  • 2 cans (10-3/4 ounces each) condensed cream of chicken soup
  • 1 tbsp dried minced onion

    Directions:
  • Pour chicken broth in a large saucepan or a pot.
  • Bring to a boil.
  • Add onion then reduce heat to low.
  • Add frozen vegetables.
  • Cover with a lid and cook for 8 minutes or until crisp-tender.
  • Stir in chicken and cream of chicken soup.
  • Heat through.
  • Simple Chicken Soup is ready now.

  • Serve hot.
