Beef and Pepper Kabobs Recipe







Beef and Pepper Kabobs Ingredients:
  • 2 pounds beef top sirloin steak, cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 1 green bell pepper, cut into cubes
  • 1 orange pepper, cut into cubes
  • 1 red pepper, cut into cubes
  • 1 yellow pepper, cut into cubes
  • 1 large onion, finely chopped
  • 3 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp canola oil
  • 1-1/2 tsp dried thyme
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper

How to make Beef and Pepper Kabobs:

  • In a small bowl, combine the lemon juice, oil, onion, thyme, salt and pepper. Pour this mixture over the resealable plastic bag.
  • Place beef in the bag; seal bag and shake to coat.
  • Refrigerate for 6 hours or overnight.
  • Thread onto metal skewers alternately with meat.
  • Grill over medium heat for 15 minutes or until beef reaches desired doneness.
  • Beef and Pepper Kabobs are ready now.

  • Serve with Rice.
