Chaos Chicken Recipe




Ingredients of Chaos Chicken:

  • 1 pound Boneless chicken thighs
  • 1 cup Cauliflower florets
For marination:
  • 3 tbsp Cornflour
  • 4 tbsp Soy sauce
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tbsp Sesame Oil
For sauce:
  • 1/2 cup chicken Stock
  • 1 cup Tomato Ketchup
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 1 tbsp cornflour
  • 5 Thai chilies
  • 2 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp ginger, minced
  • 4 tbsp white Vinegar
  • 2 tbsp Soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • Salt to taste

How to make Chaos Chicken:

  • Rinse and pat dry chicken thighs.
  • Place boneless chicken thighs and cauliflower florets into a large bowl.
To make The Marination:
  • In a small bowl, add soy sauce, cornflour, and eggs.
  • Mix well.
  • Pour over the chicken.
  • Combine to evenly coated.
  • Marinate for at least 2 hours.
  • Heat 1 tbsp oil in a pan.
  • Place marinated chicken in the pan and cook on low flame for 10 minutes or until meat is tender.

To make the Sauce:
  • Heat 1 tbsp oil in a small saucepan.
  • Add minced garlic-ginger and stir fry for 1 minute.
  • Then add chicken stock, tomato ketchup, sugar, soy sauce, vinegar,chilli and salt.
  • Keep Stirring.
  • Dissolve 1 tbsp corn flour in 4 tbsp water.
  • Add cornflour and mix well.
  • Cook for 2-3 minutes or until thickened.
  • Chaos Sauce is ready now.
To Proceed:
  • Pour sauce on the prepared chicken.
  • Chaos Chicken is ready to serve.

  • Serve hot.
