Chinese Chicken Wings Recipe





Chinese Chicken Wings Ingredients:

  • 2 lbs Chicken Wings
  • 1/2 tsp ginger powder
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 2 tbsp Sesame oil
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1/2 tsp white pepper
  • salt to taste

How to make Chinese Chicken Wings:

  • Wash chicken wings and trim all excess fat.
  • Pat dry.
  • In a large bowl, add chicken wings, ginger-garlic powder, brown sugar, soy sauce, salt and pepper.
  • Mix well.
  • Cover and marinate for 4 hours.
  • Preheat oven at 350 degree F.
  • Place marinated chicken wings in a greased baking tray.
  • Now place baking dish in the preheated oven.
  • Bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes or until done.
  • Chinese Chicken Wings are ready to serve.

  • Enjoy with Hot and Sour Sauce.
