Chinese Chicken Wings Recipe
Chinese Chicken Wings Ingredients:
- 2 lbs Chicken Wings
- 1/2 tsp ginger powder
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 2 tbsp Sesame oil
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp white pepper
- salt to taste
How to make Chinese Chicken Wings:
- Wash chicken wings and trim all excess fat.
- Pat dry.
- In a large bowl, add chicken wings, ginger-garlic powder, brown sugar, soy sauce, salt and pepper.
- Mix well.
- Cover and marinate for 4 hours.
- Preheat oven at 350 degree F.
- Place marinated chicken wings in a greased baking tray.
- Now place baking dish in the preheated oven.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes or until done.

- Enjoy with Hot and Sour Sauce.
