Chicken Kabobs Recipe








Chicken Kabobs Ingredients:
  • 4 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
  • 1 onion, cut into wedges
  • 1 green bell pepper, cut into cubes
  • 1 red bell pepper, cut into cubes
  • 1 cup barbeque sauce
  • skewers as required

 

How to make Chicken Kabobs:

  • Cut chicken breast into cubes and set aside.
  • Preheat grill for high heat.
  • Thread alternately chicken, red pepper, green bell pepper and onion pieces onto skewers.
  • Brush the grill grate with oil.
  • Place skewers on the prepared grill and brush with barbeque sauce.
  • Turning and basting frequently,
  • Grill for 15 minutes, or until chicken is tender and all juices run clear.
  • Chicken kabobs are ready now.

  • Serve with Peanut Sauce .
