Greek Grilled Catfish Recipe




Greek Grilled Catfish Ingredients:

  • 6 catfish fillets (8 ounces each)
  • 4 ounces feta cheese, crumbled
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp dried mint
  • Greek seasoning to taste

 

How to make Greek Grilled Catfish:

  • Preheat an outdoor grill over medium high heat.
  • Lightly grease the grill grate with non-stick cooking spray.
  • Place fish fillets in the shallow dish.
  • Sprinkle both sides of fillets with Greek seasoning.
  • Sprinkle 1 rounded tablespoon feta cheese and 1/2 teaspoon mint on each fish fillet.
  • Drizzle 1 teaspoon oil over the each fillet.
  • Roll up fillets .
  • Secure with toothpicks.
  • Place fish rolls on the grill grate.
  • Grill  for 20 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork.
  • Greek Grilled Catfish is ready now.

  • Serve with Garlic Rice.
