Tawa Fish
Tawa Fish Ingredients:
- 4 fish fillets
- 4 tbsp vinegar
- 2 tbsp oil
- 1 tbsp garlic paste
- 1 tsp red chili powder
- 1 tsp coriander powder
- 1 tsp cumin powder
- 1/4 tsp turmeric powder
- salt to taste
Tawa Fish:
Method:
- In a shallow bowl, mix together vinegar, turmeric powder, chilli powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, garlic paste and salt.
- Put fish fillets in this paste.
- Toss well.
- Marinate fish for at least 30 minutes.
- Heat oil in a shallow pan or a griddle.
- Fry fish on each side for 6-8 minutes or until cooked thorough.
- Take it out in a serving dish.
- Garnish with salad leaves and lemon wedges.

Tawa Fish is ready now.
- Serve with Apricot Chutney.
