For Paratha Filling:
- 1 cup boiled potatoes, mashed
- 2 green chilies, chopped
- 1 tbsp fresh coriander leaves, chopped
- 1/2 tsp cumin seeds, roasted & crushed
- 1/2 tsp red pepper, crushed
- 1/4 tsp salt
Aloo Ka Paratha:
Method:- Put mashed potatoes in a mixing bowl.
- Add green chilies, cumin seeds and coriander leaves.
- Season with salt and red pepper.
- Mix well.
- Stuff paratha with the prepared filling mixture.
- Shallow fry paratha on each side for 2 minutes or until golden brown.

Aloo Ka Paratha is ready now.
- Serve hot with Mint Chutney.
