Tawa Fish






Tawa Fish Ingredients:

  • 4 fish fillets
  • 4 tbsp vinegar
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 1 tbsp garlic paste
  • 1 tsp red chili powder
  • 1 tsp coriander powder
  • 1 tsp cumin powder
  • 1/4 tsp turmeric powder
  • salt to taste

Tawa Fish:

Method:
  • In a shallow bowl, mix together vinegar, turmeric powder, chilli powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, garlic paste and salt.
  • Put fish fillets in this paste.
  • Toss well.
  • Marinate fish for at least 30 minutes.
  • Heat oil in a shallow pan or a griddle.
  • Fry fish on each side for 6-8 minutes or until cooked thorough.
  • Take it out in a serving dish.
  • Garnish with salad leaves and lemon wedges.
  • Tawa Fish is ready now.

  • Serve with Apricot Chutney.
