Tandoori Grilled Chicken Ingredients:
- 2 pounds boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 2 cups plain yogurt
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 tbsp garam masala
- 1 tbsp red chili pepper
- salt to taste
- lemon wedges
How to make Tandoori Grilled Chicken:
- Place yogurt in a large bowl.
- Stir in garam masala, salt and pepper.
- Mix well.
- Reserve 1/2 cup for basting.
- Place chicken into the bowl.
- Toss to coat.
- Cover and marinate in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
- Preheat a grill for medium heat.
- Brush oil over grill grate.
- Place chicken breasts on the grill.
- Cook chicken for 6-8 minutes on each side, basting with reserved yogurt marinade frequently.
- Transfer into a serving dish.
- Garnish with lemon wedges.
