Ingredients:
- 2 boneless & skinless chicken breast halves
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 pinch dried oregano
- 1 lemon
- 2 sprigs fresh parsley, for garnish
- salt and pepper to taste
- Place chicken breast halves in a shallow dish.
- Squeeze lemon juice over it.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Heat oil in a skillet over medium low heat.
- When oil is hot, place chicken in skillet.
- Saute chicken in remaining lemon juice, pepper and oregano.
- Cook on each side for 10 minutes or until juices run clear.
- Transfer into a serving dish.
- Garnish with parsley.
