Low Fat Chicken Nuggets Recipe








Ingredients:
  • 1 pound chicken breasts, boneless & skinless
  • 1 egg white
  • 1 cup cornflakes, crushed
  • 1/4 cup low fat buttermilk
  • 1/4 cup flour
  • 1/4 tsp paprika powder
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • salt according to taste
Directions:
  • Cut chicken breast into 2 inch pieces.
  • Set aside.
  • Preheat oven to 450 degree F.
  • Lightly grease a baking tray with nonstick cooking spray.
  • Place plain flour, paprika, black pepper and salt in a shallow bowl.
  • Beat egg white and buttermilk in a small bowl.
  • Place cornflakes in a separate shallow dish.
  • Roll chicken pieces in flour mixture.
  • Then dip each piece in buttermilk and egg mixture.
  • Then coat in cornflakes.
  • Coat evenly.
  • Place chicken pieces on the prepared baking tray.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 10 minutes or until golden
  • Low fat Chicken Nuggets are ready now.

  • Seve hot with runch dressing or ketchup.
