Beef and Pepper Kabobs Ingredients:
- 2 pounds beef top sirloin steak, cut into 1-inch cubes
- 1 green bell pepper, cut into cubes
- 1 orange pepper, cut into cubes
- 1 red pepper, cut into cubes
- 1 yellow pepper, cut into cubes
- 1 large onion, finely chopped
- 3 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 tbsp canola oil
- 1-1/2 tsp dried thyme
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
How to make Beef and Pepper Kabobs:
- In a small bowl, combine the lemon juice, oil, onion, thyme, salt and pepper. Pour this mixture over the resealable plastic bag.
- Place beef in the bag; seal bag and shake to coat.
- Refrigerate for 6 hours or overnight.
- Thread onto metal skewers alternately with meat.
- Grill over medium heat for 15 minutes or until beef reaches desired doneness.
