Chicken Pesto Wraps Ingredients:
- 250 gm chicken mince
- 8 tomatoes, cut into half
- 4 red onion, cut into rings
- 1 tbsp canola oil
- 1 cup lettuce, shredded
- 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1/4 cup sun-dried tomato pesto
- 4 flour tortillas (8 inches), warmed
How to make Chicken Pesto Wraps:
- Cook chicken in a skillet over medium heat for 5-6 minutes or until all juices run clear.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Then drain.
- Spread tomato pesto over each tortilla.
- Spoon chicken down the center.
- Top with cheese, tomatoes, onion rings and lettuce.
- Roll up tightly and secure with wooden pick.
