Black-Eyed Pea Salsa Recipe







Ingredients:
  • 16 ounce frozen corn, thawed
  • 16 ounce black eyed peas, rinsed & drained
  • 4 large tomatoes, seeded & chopped
  • 3 green onions, thinly sliced
  • 2 green bell pepper, chopped
  • 2 tbsp fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 1 cup Italian salad dressing
Directions:
  • In a large bowl, add corn, black eyed peas, tomatoes, green pepper, green onion and cilantro.
  • Mix well.
  • Drizzle Italian salad dressing over it.
  • Toss well.
  • Black Eyed Pea is ready now.

  • Serve with tortilla chips.
