Mango Fried Tikka Masala



Mango Fried Tikka Masala Ingredients

  • 1 kg chicken, only breast and leg piece
  • 4 tbsp plain yogurt
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 mango pulp
  • 1 tsp ginger paste
  • 1 tsp garlic paste
  • 1 tsp red food color
  • 1 tsp turmeric powder
  • 2 tbsp red chili powder
  • 1 tbsp cumin powder
  • 1 tbsp hot spices powder
  • salt to taste
  • Aluminum foil as required
  • Oil for frying

 Fried Tikka Masala:

Method:
  • Rinse chicken and drain.
  • Then make slits in chicken breast and leg pieces.
  • Season with salt and pepper.
  • Add lemon juice, ginger garlic paste, yogurt, red chili powder, turmeric powder, cumin powder, hot spices powder, red food color and mango pulp.
  • Mix well.
  • Coat chicken pieces in this mixture.
  • Cover and marinate for 1 hour.
  • Now wrap chicken pieces in aluminum foil.
  • Heat oil in a deep pan or skillet over medium heat.
  • Deep fry chicken on medium flame for 15 minutes.
  • Then cover the pan with a lid and fry for another 10 minutes.
  • Mango Fried Tikka Masala is ready now.

  • Serve with Mango Chutney.
