Boneless Buffalo Chicken Salad Recipe




Boneless Buffalo Chicken Salad Ingredients:

  • 1 lb chicken tenders
  • 1 fresh tomato, chopped
  • 1 red onion, finely chopped
  • 1 medium carrot, cut into matchstick-thin strips
  • 6 cups torn iceberg lettuce
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 2 tsp crumbled blue cheese
  • 1/2 tsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1/2 tsp hot pepper sauce
  • Cooking spray

How to make Boneless Buffalo Chicken Salad:

  • Preheat oven to 450 degree F.
  • Lightly coat baking sheet with cooking spray.
  • Set aside.
To Make Salad dressing:
  • In a small mixing bowl, combine together the 2 tablespoons mayonnaise, sour cream, cheese, and vinegar.
  • Set aside.
To Make Buffalo Chicken:
  • In a large bowl, lightly toss chicken with hot sauce.
  • Place chicken in single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
  • Lightly coat chicken with cooking spray.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 10 minutes or until cooked through, turning once.
  • Remove from the oven and cut into 1-inch pieces.
To Proceed:
  • In a large serving bowl, combine lettuce, tomato, carrot and onion.
  • Drizzle with dressing.
  • Mix well.
  • Top with baked buffalo chicken.
  • Boneless Buffalo Chicken Salad is ready now.

  • Serve immediately.
