Ingredients:
- 1 pound beef stew meat, cubed
- 5-3/4 cups water
- 2 1/2 cups frozen egg noodles
- 1 cup onion, finely chopped
- 1 cup celery, finely chopped
- 1 cup carrots, finely chopped
- 1/4 cup beef bouillon granules
- 1/4 tsp dried parsley
- 1 pinch ground black pepper
- Place stew meat, onion and celery in a large saucepan.
- Cook on medium high heat for 5 minutes or until meat is browned.
- Then add water and beef bouillon.
- Stir in parsley, carrots, and egg noodles.
- Bring to a boil then reduce heat to low.
- Let it simmer for 30 minutes or until meat is tender.
