Beef Noodle Soup Recipe






Ingredients:
  • 1 pound beef stew meat, cubed
  • 5-3/4 cups water
  • 2 1/2 cups frozen egg noodles
  • 1 cup onion, finely chopped
  • 1 cup celery, finely chopped
  • 1 cup carrots, finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup beef bouillon granules
  • 1/4 tsp dried parsley
  • 1 pinch ground black pepper
Directions:
  • Place stew meat, onion and celery in a large saucepan.
  • Cook on medium high heat for 5 minutes or until meat is browned.
  • Then add water and beef bouillon.
  • Stir in parsley, carrots, and egg noodles.
  • Bring to a boil then reduce heat to low.
  • Let it simmer for 30 minutes or until meat is tender.
  • Beef Noodle Soup is ready now.

  • Serve hot with Tortilla Chips.
