Crispy Fried Wings – Shireen Anwar Recipe






Crispy Fried Wings Ingredients:
  • 500 gm chicken Wings, cut each wing into 2 pieces
  • 1 tbsp vinegar
  • 1 tbsp tomato ketchup
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp chili garlic sauce
  • 1 tsp garlic paste
  • 1 tsp red chili powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • Corn flour as required, for coating
  • Oil For frying

Shireen Anwar Recipe of Crispy Fried Wings:

Method:
  • Place chicken wings in a large bow.
  • Add salt, red chili, garlic paste, soy sauce, chili garlic sauce, vinegar and tomato ketchup.
  • Marinate for 30 minutes.
  • Then cook marinated chicken wings in a covered pan for 15-20 minutes or until all water dries up.
  • Remove from the heat and let it cool.
  • Now roll cooked wings in corn flour then fry in hot oil for 5 minutes or until light golden.
  • Remove from the oil and drain on an absorbent paper.
  • Crispy Fried Wings are ready to serve.

  • Enjoy with Hot Pepper Sauce.
