Ingredients:
- 4 skinless boneless chicken breast halves
- 1/2 cup vinegar
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/3 cup tomato ketchup
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 tsp mustard powder
- 1/2 tsp paprika powder
- 1/2 tsp curry powder
- 1/2 tsp garlic salt
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/8 tsp black pepper
- Place all ingredients except chicken in a blender or a food processor.
- Process until smooth and well blended.
- Pour this mixture into a large resealable plastic bag.
- Put chicken breast halves into the bag.
- Seal bag and turn to coat evenly.
- Refrigerate for 2 hours then drain and discard marinade.
- Preheat grill over medium heat.
- Grill chicken for 5-6 minutes on each side or until a chicken is tender.
- Busting Occasionally.
