Ingredients:
- 6 chicken breast halves, boneless&skinless
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1/2 cup prepared mustard
- 1 tsp dried basil
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp dried parsley
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- salt to taste
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
- Lightly grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
- Place chicken breasts in the greased baking dish.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- In a small bowl, mix together honey, mustard, basil, paprika, and parsley.
- Pour half of this mixture over the chicken breasts.
- Brush to cover evenly.
- Place baking dish in the preheated oven.
- Bake for 30 minutes then turn chicken over.
- Busting with the remaining honey mustard mixture.
- Bake for another 15 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink and all juices run clear.
- Allow to cool for 10 minutes before serving.
