Chinese Hot Chicken Ingredients:
- 2 lbs chicken, boneless & skinless
- 4 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 tsp grated ginger
- 1 tsp garlic, crushed
- 1 spring onion, thinly sliced
- 4 hot peppers
- 1 tbsp vinegar
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
How to make Chinese Hot Chicken:
- Wash chicken and remove all excess fat.
- Cut into 1 inch pieces.
- Place chicken in a large bowl, add garlic, ginger,vinegar, soy sauce, salt and pepper.
- Mix well.
- Then cover and marinate for 30 minutes.
- Cut spring onion and hot peppers diagonally into 1-inch pieces.
- Heat oil in a wok or a deep pan.
- Place marinated chicken in it and cook for 8-10 minutes or until meat is tender.
- Add chicken broth and mix well.
- Cook over low heat for 2-3 minutes.
- Now add hot pepper and green onion.
- Dissolve cornstarch in 1/4 cup of water.
- Add cornstarch to thicken.

- Serve over boiled rice.
