Cold Chicken-Cheese Kabobs Recipe






Cold Chicken-Cheese Kabobs Ingredients:
  • 1/2 pound boneless skinless chicken breast, cubed
  • 5 ounces part-skim mozzarella cheese, cubed
  • 1/2 cup balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tsp olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp red chili powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/8 tsp black pepper
  • 18 cherry or grape tomatoes

How to make Cold Chicken-Cheese kabobs:

  • Place chicken cubes in a large bowl.
  • Season with salt, chili powder and pepper.
  • Add balsamic vinegar.
  • Mix well.
  • Cover and refrigerate for 4 hours.
  • After 4 hours, heat oil in a large skillet over medium high heat.
  • Cook chicken for 10 minutes or until no longer pink.
  • Cool slightly.
  • Alternately thread chicken,tomatoes and cheese onto wooden skewers.
  • Cold Chicken-Cheese Kabobs are ready now.

  • Serve cold.
