Nacho Chicken Ingredients:
- 2 (10.75 ounce) cans condensed cream of chicken soup, undiluted
- 1 (10 ounce) can diced tomatoes and green chilies, undrained
- 1 (14.5 ounce) package nacho-flavor tortilla chips
- 1 pound processed American cheese, cubed
- 4 cups cooked chicken, cubed
- 1 cup chopped onion
- 1/2 tsp garlic salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
How to make Nacho Chicken:
- Preheat oven to 350 degree F.
- Place chicken and American cheese in a large bowl.
- Add chicken soup,onion, tomatoes and green chilies.
- Mix well.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Crush tortilla chips and set aside 1 cup for topping.
- Put remaining chips to the chicken mixture.
- Spoon into a greased 13-in. x 9-in. x 2-in. baking dish.
- Top with reserved chips.
- Bake, uncovered, for 30 minutes or until cheese is melted and edges are bubbly.
