French Dip Sandwiches Ingredients:
- 1 beef sirloin tip roast (3 to 4 pounds)
- 1/2 cup reduced-sodium soy sauce
- 1 bay leaf
- 4 whole peppercorns
- 1 tsp beef bouillon granules
- 1 tsp dried crushed rosemary
- 1 tsp dried thyme
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- Hard rolls, split
How to make French Dip Sandwiches:
- Cut beef roast in half.
- Place roast in a 5-qt. slow cooker.
- In a small bowl, combine soy sauce, bouillon and seasonings.
- Pour this mixture over the roast.
- Add water to almost cover roast.
- Cover and cook on low for 10 hours or until meat is tender.
- Take it out from the slow cooker.
- Cool slightly.
- Discard bay leaf.
- Shred meat with forks.
- Return to the slow cooker.
- Cook for 10 minutes or until heat through.

- Serve on rolls with broth.
