Chicken Kabobs Ingredients:
- 4 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
- 1 onion, cut into wedges
- 1 green bell pepper, cut into cubes
- 1 red bell pepper, cut into cubes
- 1 cup barbeque sauce
- skewers as required
How to make Chicken Kabobs:
- Cut chicken breast into cubes and set aside.
- Preheat grill for high heat.
- Thread alternately chicken, red pepper, green bell pepper and onion pieces onto skewers.
- Brush the grill grate with oil.
- Place skewers on the prepared grill and brush with barbeque sauce.
- Turning and basting frequently,
- Grill for 15 minutes, or until chicken is tender and all juices run clear.

- Serve with Peanut Sauce .
