Ingredients:
- 3 boneless & skinless chicken breasts
- 1 egg, lightly beaten
- 1 cup all purpose flour
- 1 cup milk
- 1/4 cup hot pepper sauce
- 1 tbsp butter
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp paprika powder
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- oil for deep frying
- Cut boneless chicken breasts into 1/2 inch strips
- In a large bowl, combine together all purpose flour, black pepper, paprika, cayenne pepper, garlic powder, and salt.
- In a small bow, beat egg with milk.
- Dip each piece of chicken in the egg mixture.
- Then roll in the flour mixture.
- Turn to coat evenly.
- Cover and refrigerate breaded chicken for 20 minutes.
- After 20 minutes, heat oil in a large skillet or a deep pan.
- Fry breaded chicken in hot oil, in batches.
- Cook for 5 minutes or until golden brown.
- Meanwhile, In a small bowl, mix together hot sauce and butter.
- Microwave sauce on High for 20 seconds or until melted.
- Pour sauce over the cooked chicken.
- Toss well to coat evenly.
