Chili Chicken Recipe

Chili Chicken Ingredients:
  • 12 chicken drumsticks, skin removed
  • 5 tbsp sweet chili sauce
  • 3 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • salt and pepper to taste

How to make Chili Chicken:

  • In a small bowl, combine together sweet chili sauce,honey and soy sauce.
  • Keep aside 1/2 of the marinade for basting.
  • Place chicken drumsticks in a large bowl.
  • Spinkle salt and pepper over it.
  • Pour remaining sauce on it.
  • Mix well.
  • Cover and refrigerate at least 1 hour.
  • After one hour, preheat an outdoor grill for medium high heat.
  • Brush the grill grate with oil.
  • Place chicken drumsticks on the grill grate.
  • Grill for 10 minutes on each side or until chicken is tender and all juices run clear.
  • Turning and basting occasionally with the reserved sauce.
  • Chili Chicken is ready now
